  • Why do you sell your bags in packs of 5 or more? Can't I buy just one?
    We believe that sharing is a good thing. You can share your commitment to use reusable bags with your friends and family. One person using reusable bags will not change the world but if you share your passion you can always make a difference (no matter what that passion is!). Besides, our products make for a good gift item for birthday parties, baby showers, etc. or just as a nice little thank you gift for people you care about. Plus the cost of shipping per bag becomes lower so you end up saving money and that's always a good thing!


  • How long will it take to get my order?
    If you are ordering items from our Online Store, they are shipped same day so you can expect to receive your purchase within 5-7 business days. If you have a large order, the answer will vary depending on the size of the order and whether the bag needs to be customized to your requirements. With a minimum order of 600 printed promotional bags, you can get your bags in as little as 2-3 weeks (if you order a bag style that we have in stock). Please contact us today for current availability. Custom-made bag orders will take typically 6-10 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.


  • Where is your product made?
    Our reusable bags are either made in Canada or China. Our office in China looks after quality control and maintains good supplier relations while making sure that our manufacturers adhere to our "Code of Conduct" for fair labor, trade, environment protection and safe working environments. We also have developed good relationships with a few key suppliers in Canada.


  • What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
    The MOQ for printed promotional bags on our standard non-woven material is 1,000 bags. Please inquire about current stock availability. For custom bag designs and sizes, we request a MOQ of 2,000 bags.


  • What is the amount of recycled material in your bags?
    Our standard no-woven polypropylene bags have up to 35% recycled material. We also offer 100% RPET (recycled plastic PET material) and 100% Post Consumer Waste Material. Please contact us for a quote based on your needs and budget.


  • Can you ship to the United States?
    Yes, we have numerous repeat clients in New York, Texas, California, Florida, Michigan, Washington - the list just keeps on growing. We can ship directly from our factory in China or from our sales office and warehouse in Canada.


  • Where is your company located?
    We have a two locations. Our sales office, printing facility and warehouse are located in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. We also have a manufacturing office in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China (near Hong Kong, on the mainland).


  • We have our own design. Can you customize a bag for us?
    Yes, of course. We have our standard bags which are quite popular but we can custom make any size or design you can dream up. Simple design changes to our standard bag design, like longer or shorter handles for instance, or a wider gusset can be done easily. Some of our customers want more customization. Typical custom design features could include a change in the type of material used, larger or smaller bag dimensions, the addition of accessories like zippers, velcro, extra pockets, a second set of handles or a carabiner. Our MOQ for custom bag orders is 2,000 bags. Please contact us to discuss the details of your request and to receive a price quotation.


  • Which promotional bag is your best seller?
    We have two best selling promotional bags - the B-144 and the C-144 (both have the same dimensions). The only difference is that the B-144 has handles through the body of the bag so it is intended for more durable everyday use. The C-144 is very popular with fundraisers, trade show and conference organizers. We can print any logo on these promotional bags. The turn around time is 2-3 weeks. The MOQ for these printed promotional bags is 600 bags. Contact us for a quote.


  • What is the case pack, size and weight of the cartons?
    For the best sellers, the B-144 and C-144, are packed in cartons of 200 bags. The size of the cartons are 40cm L x 38 cm W x 36cm H. The weight of each carton is approximately 9 kgs. The minimum order for these bags is 3 cartons or 600 bags.


  • What file formats do you accept for my logo?
    We need a High Resolution Image (600 dpi) saved in the following file formats; AI, CDR or PDF. Preferable original Vector Artwork. PLEASE NOTE: We no longer work with EPS files and are unable to work with Microsoft Publisher files or files with a .dat extension.


  • Can you do full colour logo picture reproductions?
    Yes, we are one of the few companies anywhere in North America that can provide the lowest price on authentic full colour picture reproduction prints.


  • Can you help me to create my logo or printed slogan?
    We prefer that our customers provide us with their own original vector artwork. However, we have from time to time completed the logo artwork for our customers. PLEASE NOTE: We charge $75 per hour for our graphic designers to do the work for you. Depending on the complexity of the desired logo, the work can usually be completed in 1 or 2 work hours.


  • Who do you sell to? Who are your typical clients?
    We sell to a wide variety of retailers, department stores, sporting goods outlets, home & office retailers, large discount chains, restaurant chains, supermarkets, festivals, county fairs, trade shows, fundraisers, wineries, liquor stores, health food stores, school boards, universities, libraries, municipalities, meeting planners, conference organizers, public relations agencies, advertising firms, charities and non-profit organizations.


  • What is your Privacy Policy?
    Your privacy is important to us. We protect our customers' confidentiality and as such, we do not give out any of your information. We don't rent or sell your personal information to anyone. That includes your name, address, phone number, email, credit card details, etc. That's our guarantee and commitment to you.   • What is your Return/Refund Policy?
    If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days for a complete refund (less the amount paid for shipping). Please take special note that only items that are unused (in very good condition that can be resold) and in the original packaging are eligible for return.   • Do you sell a 50 or 60 cent bag?
    If you are looking for a cheap 50 cent bag with logos on it (that will fall apart after only a few uses) then you are in the wrong spot. Not all reusable bags are created equal. So best you try your luck with another supplier and then give us a call when you are ready for a quality bag made with safe materials while still complying with environmental laws, fair trade practices and safe labour protection. We are proud to state that we have many repeat customers. If you are looking for us to provide you with a bag for 50 cents each or 1.00 each printed we must advise you that you will not find it on this website unless you are ordering over 100,000 units. We take exception to anyone who would ask us to provide for example 5,000 bags printed on two sides for 60 cents each and here is why: Some of our bags (not all) are made in China. In China we follow fair labour and fair trade practices which ensure that those we employ in making the bags for you are paid a fair wage, work in acceptable working conditions, receive regular breaks and are of a minimum age. All our factories are licensed by the Chinese government and may also be ISO certified as required by our customers. One of our owners lives in China and works in our office there. This international office continues to work diligently to confirm compliance to these standards. This means that our bags may cost more and this is a good thing. Because it's the right thing to do. We encourage all our new potential customers to consider this when purchasing their reusable bags and eliminate the possibility of themselves becoming victims of unethical business practices or by being blindsided when they find out they bought bags with high levels of lead content.


  • Do your bags have lead content?
    2007 test reports confirm that ReusableBags.ca bags are safe. Our customers source from us because they know that our tests show some of the lowest levels available in the industry at 16ppm. We have tested our lead content as far back as 2007. Consumers should know that safe lead levels in children's toys as identified by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 in the United States is 300ppm (parts per million). This level will soon be amended to 100ppm by August 2011. Health Canada has stated that this level is 90ppm. These levels are considered safe for children's toys with the understanding that these toys could be licked or put into the mouth. Our testing which began in 2007 shows levels at 16 ppm which is well below the safe levels of use. You can request a copy of our test reports by sending us an e-mail.
