Return/Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days for a complete refund (less the amount paid for shipping).

Please take special note that only items that are unused (in very good condition that can be resold) and in the original packaging are eligible for return. We cannot accept items that are used, damaged or dirty.

Q. I don't want to spend money or waste packing materials to return my item. What can I do?
A. Why not consider giving (or selling) the item to a friend, colleague or family member. It's a nice way to eliminate the hassle of packing and shipping the item back to us. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to spread some goodwill at the same time!

Q. Is it possible to return something that I have already used?
A. No. Items must be returned to us in original condition with the original packaging. We cannot accept used, damaged or dirty merchandise.

Q. How can I exchange my item for a different item?
A. Place an order for the new item, and return the current item for a refund (see below for Return Instructions.)

Q. What if my item arrived defective, damaged or I received the wrong item?
A. Please follow these Return Instructions:

Before you ship the product back to us. First, send an email to to inform us of the problem. We will respond to your email giving you instructions how to handle your request. Please include the Returns Request email inside your package and include your Order ID (found on your receipt) so that we can process your request properly. We recommend that you purchase delivery confirmation with your shipper so that you know that the package is returned to us and not lost in transit.
